Description & Materials This survey course provides an introduction to the major areas of educational psychology, including learning theory and cognition, motivation theory, developmental theory, teaching methods and practices, assessment concepts, and issues in diversity. This course will be particularly useful for students who are planning to take the Florida Teacher Certification Examination. However, non-education majors will find everyday application for many of the concepts covered.
