| Description & Materials |
This course examines the role of victims in crimes, their treatment by the criminal justice system, their decisions to report crimes and help prosecute offenders, victim assistance, and victim compensation. Special emphasis is placed on sexual battery, domestic violence, child abuse, elderly abuse, and legal reforms.
