Dietary Manager Training - Credentialing Exam
The CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam is part of the competency assurance program for dietary managers.
Exam Eligibility: one pathway is through successful completion of the UF DMA-approved Dietary Manager Training program. See CDM, CFPP Credential for other pathways.
Exam Steps:
- Select a test date and complete application. See http://www.cdmcareer.info/CDM_Certification_Exam.html for test dates.
- Mail application with payment and documents to DMA.
- DMA will confirm your eligibility and mail you a confirmation letter.
- Three weeks before the test, the testing firm ACT, Inc, will send you an admission letter.
- Take the exam (bring your admission letter, picture I.D., and pencils.
- Receive results from ACT, Inc., by mail in about 6 weeks.
- After you pass, receive a letter from DMA activating your certification.
