PRE-LICENSING BAIL BOND AGENT QUALIFICATION - (Online) INS 3
This course provides basic information on the principles and terminology for bailbond agents. Successful completion of this course is one of several requirements set by the Department of Financial Services for those interested in the Limited Surety Agents license (2-34) and Professional Bail Bondsman license (2-37). To obtain the step-by-step process to become a bail bond agent in Florida and the locations of the required classroom course, go to the Florida Surety Agents Association website at www.fsaa.com.

This is a pre-licensure course and does not provide continuing education units (CEUs).

This course is taught within an online learning management system, and therefore you must have access to the Internet. Once you register for the course, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your online course. For students lacking regular internet access, there is also an INS 3 print-based course option.

This course requires one exam that must be administered by a proctor and taken at an educational institution.
