Creating Your GatorLink Account

UF Flexible Learning instructors have the benefit of obtaining a GatorLink Account. The GatorLink account enables you to access UF services, including Turnitin--an electronic tool that detects plagiarism and cheating in student essays, and notably access to UF Web Mail, which provides you with a separate UF email account with which to respond to student inquiries. Your GatorLink also provides access to Flexible Learning's Online Services so that you can check the progress of your enrollments, update your profile, evaluate lessons and post grades, submit the final course grade, and perform a number of other activties--all online.

To create your GatorLink, you will need your UFID number, which is available to you on your payroll statement, or you may call our office to obtain your UFID number. Then, go to http://my.ufl.edu and click on the link that reads GatorLink Account Creation. Please follow the request for information, then accept the "Acceptable Use Policy", press Next, review and finalize your account, press the Completion Button, set a password hint, and SAVE. You are finished!
