If you are in the Gainesville area, you can come by our office on 2209 NW 13th Street, Suite D, to register for our distance learning courses and purchase your books in person.

Registration forms are available online in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF). Please print them and mail them to us with the appropriate documentation.

To view and print these forms requires the free Adobe Acrobat plugin which can be obtained from the Adobe website and easily installed.
